Customer needs

This is a garment processing factory. The electricity consumption is approximately 3MWh during the day and less at night. The customer wanted to have some energy storage to ensure partial production during rainy weather. In addition, the customer wants to use his roof to install the maximum number of photovoltaic panels and finally to feed the daily electricity consumption into the grid for revenue.

1MW / 1.344MWh hybrid solar energy system

Based on the customer’s requirements, we have utilised the entire roof area to design a system that generates 3.6MWh of electricity per day (with a total of 1.1MW of photovoltaic panels). The factory uses 3MWh of electricity during the day and the remaining 0.6MWh is first stored in the batteries for nighttime use, but not much electricity is used at night and the batteries are fully charged after about three days. If the batteries are already full, the electricity will be fed into the grid to generate revenue. This maximises the benefits of the PV system.

* The circuit connection diagrams for higher power are protected and you can contact our team if you want to get your own circuit connection diagram. After discussing your proposal, we will provide you with a free wiring diagram and roof placement plan to suit your needs.

Roof placement diagram

To protect the interests of our customers, the diagram below is a very generalized diagram of a roof installation. As you can see we have only avoided obstacles and where we can we have installed PV panels to ensure maximum use of the roof space. In addition, we have not specifically left access for servicing. This is because in this project we designed the installation at an angle of 30 degrees in order to increase the efficiency of the electricity generated, and there is a small distance between each row of panels to prevent the back row of panels from being overshadowed. This has a very positive effect on the efficiency of the power generation.

Maxbo CEO

You will need to provide: 1. the amount of electricity used. 2. the type and power of the load. 3. the electricity consumption habits (daytime/nighttime consumption). 4. the need to store electricity. 5. the need to feed electricity to the mains. 6. drawings or address of the installation site. 7. other special requirements

We can provide you with a quotation, a specification for all products, a circuit connection diagram and a diagram of the installation and placement of the PV panels. Any other requirements and adjustments needed can be discussed with our team.

We can meet the needs of most scenarios, whether your application is for domestic, commercial and industrial use, in remote areas, or for grid-level energy storage, we have experienced colleagues to design and deliver the right solution.
