La toiture a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 maximiser les conditions de luminosit\u00e9, \u00e0 exploiter les trois c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la toiture et \u00e0 \u00e9viter les obstacles et les arbres.
